I am concerned about the government caused annihilation of the home insurance business in California. I want to know what you intend to do about it.
Are you going to modify prop 103 to allow insurers to use more current data to justify rate increases.
Are you going to allow a more industry friendly rate approval process?
Will you push for the creation of a state backed reinsurance program specifically for wildfire risks
What will you do to enhance mitigation and risk reduction programs such as clearing hazardous fuels, enforcing building codes for fire-resistant structures, and supporting community-wide defensible space initiatives.
